On the basis of the German law [Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Vierten EU-Geldwäscherichtlinie, zur Ausführung der EU-Geldtransferverordnung und zur Neuorganisation der Zentralstelle für Finanztransaktionsuntersuchungen] the Transparency Register is available on the internet since 2017/06/26.
With the entry into force of the German Regulations [Verordnung über die Übertragung der Führung des Transparenzregisters (Transparenzregisterbeleihungsverordnung TBelV)] and [Verordnung zur Datenübermittlung durch Mitteilungsverpflichtete und durch den Betreiber des Unternehmensregisters an das Transparenzregister (Transparenzregisterdatenübermittlungsverordnung TrDüV)] at the date 2017/07/05 all features concernig registration and submission are accessible in the Transparency Register as the official platform of the Federal Republic of Germany for data on beneficial owners.
